Account Billing Info

At Icicle Drop your account is billed yearly. We do not offer monthly bills since the over all cost of our packages is very low. At the end of every year you will be sent an e-mail asking if you'd like to renew your account. Included in the e-mail will be your payment instructions. Once the payment has gone through your domain will be registered for another whole year :)

"After your second renewal payment (2nd payment) you will become a 'VIP' customer. VIP status means that I will automatically renew your domain every year, so that you will not risk losing your domain name. This means that once your 3rd renewal payment is due your domain will automatically be renewed whether I have received payment or not. Please do not abuse this privilege!"

It used to be standard that all domains were renewed each year to avoid any domain name loses. However some customers would not notify me that they did not wish to renew their account, and would have their domain name saved from becoming publically available to others until they were ready to transfer. This would leave Icicledrop.com with the bill. If you wish to cancel your account at any time, all I request is advance notice so that I will not go ahead and renew your domain name for another full year. If you are a VIP customer and I automatically renew your domain, the domain name will be canceled within' 30 days from the renewal date if payment has not yet been received. Keep in mind that exceptions do accur, e-mailing me and explaining your situation will save your domain. I am always willing to work with customers :)
